Head Coach / Program Manager - MAG High Performance Program

Join our fantastic team and be a part of Australia's fastest growing participation sport. Gymnastics Victoria (GV) is looking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic program Manager and Head Coach for the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Program operated at the State Gymnastics Centre. The successful applicant will contribute to the vision of the GV High Performance (HP) Model through the delivery of a systematic and highly effective performance program that identifies, nurtures and develops MAG athletes and coaches who have the ability to represent Australia successfully on the world stage.

This role is key to creating a high-performance culture and developmental environment in MAG in which athletes, coaches and support staff work collaboratively to realise their individual and collective potential. This position is available on a full time basis at a salary range of $80k-$90k per year plus superannuation. Senior Coach (Technical Lead) - MAG High Performance Program

Join our fantastic team and be a part of Australia's fastest growing participation sport. Gymnastics Victoria (GV) is looking to appoint a dynamic MAG Senior Coach who will take the Technical Lead Coach for the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Program operated through the State Gymnastics Centre. The successful applicant will contribute to the vision of the GV High Performance (HP) Model through coaching of their own squad and delivering MAG Technical Coach skills training for program coaches and MAG coaches throughout Victoria.

This position is available on a full time basis at a salary range of $70k-$75k per year plus superannuation. The successful candidate will be required to work regularly on evenings and weekends. We invite candidates to apply and GV offers the following to the successful applicant:

MAG High Performance Coach

Join our fantastic team and be a part of Australia's fastest growing participation sport. This is an important role that contributes to the success of Victoria's and Australia's High Performance Program. We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic coach for the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Program operated at the State Gymnastics Centre. As well as coaching their own squad this role will have a strong emphasis on working collaboratively with other coaches in the program and across Victoria.

This is a position is available full time (38 hours per week) or part time (up to 25 hours per week). The successful candidate will be required to work regularly on evenings and weekends. We invite appropriately qualified candidates to apply and offers the following to successful applicants:

Child Safe Coordinator

Are you looking to be part of a progressive sport committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children and young people? Then look no further.

This varied role within Gymnastics will have you working with clubs, to support them in the further implementation of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and the implementation of the National Principles. The Coordinator role will support Gymnastics in Australia to meet a zero-tolerance approach to any form of child abuse and will work with external services to implement education, training and investigative services.

This is an oppurtunity to work in a diverse and progressive environment at both a State and National level and an opportunity to influence behavioural change whilst being part of a sport which is transitioning to best practice in child protection.

We invite candidates with experience and expertise in Social Work or Human Services.
