Gymnastics Team Spectacular

YMCA Geelong Gymnastics Spectacular Team

The Gymnastics Team Spectacular is the premier gymnastics event for the April Victorian Championships! This US College Style event will see Level 9 & 10 WAG gymnasts perform in teams for their club to compete for a cash prizes.

The event comes complete with cheering, chants and exciting awards! Audience members are encouraged to come along dressed in their team colours and bring their loudest voices ready to cheer on some of our best Victorian athletes. This fast paced team event is one you don’t want to miss!

The team from YMCA Geelong have five gymnasts in their Spectacular team this year, and are excited to compete together and make some memories with their teammates.

“YMCA decided to enter as it’s a fantastic fun team event, and the girls have enjoyed to atmosphere in the previous years of attending the Spectacular,” said YMCA Geelong coach Rachel.

The gymnasts enjoy competing in a team as there is less pressure on them as individuals, and it provides an opportunity for the club members come together to support their team.

Spectators from YMCA Geelong will be dressed up to support the club and will have props to cheer on the athletes throughout the Spectacular!

Get down to Geelong Arena on Sunday 14 April at 2:45pm to watch the Gymnastics Team Spectacular!
