Read what Mia had to say about her time working at Gymnastics Victoria.

“My name is Mia and I am doing my work placement with Gymnastics Victoria. The things I enjoyed are coaching children gymnastics at Boroondara sports complex. I have also enjoyed getting to try new things like Inclusion and Marketing. I also got the chance to go to Nationals at Melbourne area and I got to watch the Level 9 gymnasts and the presentations which was cool to watch.

“I am really grateful that they asked me to do my coaching qualifications once I have completed that I will be a beginner coach of Gymnastics Victoria. This is such a good placement everyone is really nice and I recommend this placement to other people. This placement gives you a lot of variety of jobs to try which is good. I would like to thank everyone at Gymnastics Victoria for this amazing placement I really enjoyed it.”

Gymnastics Victoria would like to thank Mia for her fantastic work during her placement. Thanks must also go to Boroondara Sports Complex YMCA for hosting Mia throughout her placement.
