About 

Gym4Me is an exciting new participation opportunity for young people aged 12- 17 years! 

Whatever your goals for participation may be – learning a new skill, stress-relief or spending more time with friends – Gym4Me will cater for you. Work closely with our experienced coaches to develop a customised exercise experience using our awesome equipment – sprung floor, trampolines, foam pits and more!

Teens and Sport – What the Research Shows 

Adolescent is a significant period of change, with young people aged 12-17 years experiencing major physical, social and emotional changes, including puberty and the transition from primary to secondary education. 

92% of young people in Australia do not currently meet the Australian Physical Activity guidelines of 60 minutes of physical activity per day. Barriers to participation include, but are not limited to: 
Lack of interest, confidence, fitness or skill Time pressures Sport becoming too competitive Failure to return following injury
