Gymnastics Victoria Celebrates IDAHOBIT

Today Tuesday 17 May is IDAHOBIT Day, the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia. This day is a day of celebration and awareness for the LGBTIQA+ community. The day also aims to make the broader community more aware and accepting of the LGBTIQA+ community.

Gymnastics Victoria celebrated IDAHOBIT Day by joining Proud 2 Play, the Cardinia Shire Council and other sports on Sunday 15 May at James Bathe Community and Sports Hub in Pakenham for the IDAHOBIT Movement Festival.

Coaches from Reach Gymnastics also came along and helped run a range of gymnastics activities for participants of all abilities, experiences, and skills to try while celebrating and supporting the LGBTIQA+ community.

Thanks to everyone who assisted and participated in the IDAHOBIT Day Movement Festival.
